STORY
When we first visited this town we instantly fell in love with its community and atmosphere. Which lead us to open Estacada's first Mexican Restaurant. We wanted to introduce this lovely town our authentic Mexican dishes. We are proud to serve this community and call it our home.
Since
2001
We've been part of this amazing community in Estacada for over 20 years now. We started off as a small white taco truck that the locals have remembered us as Rico Taco. Majority of the locals still refer us as "Ricos" and thats how we can usually identify a regular customer thats been supporting us since the beginning of our journey.
